soundstream tarantula series

soundstream t5 subs any good? i'm looking at a pair of 12's in this series along with the matching 2000 watt amp what i want to know is "are they any good?" i want good bass but soundquality is also important. anyone have experience with these sub or even the series

the t5 is a great sub and you wouldnt be disappointed. they have really good sq for the mostpart and the Tarantula Series amps definitely put out rated. I would suggest though in looking into a different series amp, maybe the RUBICON monoblocks, because the tarantula line is getting canned at the end of the year. Also, on top of that, the Rubicon amps have better sq and crossovers than the Tarantula series amps
