Soundstream Ref Class A 3.0 question

Hi all, I have had this amp driving a dual voice coil Advent 12" sub in Stereo for like literally 10 years now and it has always worked flawlessly. Tonight, the main power fuse started blowing, and even after verifying no shorts with speaker leads or other wires, it keeps blowing. I took the cover/heat sink off and noticed no anomolies internally.

The problem now is, that I have no idea if this thing is fixable or not, and what sort of amp I could get that would sound as clean as this SS did. I loved it and now am sad it might be gone!!!!

Those 3.0's are very clean amps...I have seen several listings on this forum for amp repair centers...If you were pretty much pleased with the sound you could check on having your amp repaired...It would be cheaper than buying a new amp of that quality...plus most repair centers do warranty their work....You should be able to o a search on here......

Have you though about the possibility of the sub going bad after all these eyars and causing a short?
