Soundstream/Hifonics Quality

I was wondering about the two,which is higher quality.I know that soundstream is now owned by a cheaper company(forgot which one) and HiFonics are raved by everyone,but is the Soundstream better quality than teh Hifonics??I mean like amplifier layout and shit.If anyone can provide me with pics of the insides of any newer soundstream amp or any hifonics amps,it would be greatly appreciated.I'm having a hard time in makeing a decision of the both.
