Soundstream amps??

I'm looking for a good higher powered budget 4 channel amp. I'm either getting a audiopipe aqx360.4 (which from my research is their best quality) which would run about $165, and will match my audiopipe 1800 mono amp.

Other options is either the soundstream rubicon amps or the tarantula amps.

They will actually be less cost then the audiopipe for the same wattage. Do these amps do close to rated? Which series would be better? Rubicon series is higher priced but don't know if that means it's better or not. Anyone have experience with these? If I buy the soundstream would eventually get matching mono block as well
