Will the Soundqubed q-1 3500 push two SSA XCON 12's to they're optimal performance? Or do I need a bigger amp I already have the soundqubed q4-120 and I'm trying to keep the same amp brand but if not o well
He would be spending 1600$ for subs that probably can only do between 2-2.5k rms.Thats overkill for those subs if you plan to do it daily.
not if he sets his gain right
Just one 3500.1 will do 4000 watts at 1 ohm and 5000 watts at .5 ohms on a constant 13.8+V connection.
Edit: i saw hes only getting one.. Disregard my posts.

No this is for daily... I was going to run it at .5 ohms since the speakers are 3500 watts a pair and because of box/ohm rise. I will be running two runs of 1/0 gauge wire, one duracell agm group 34 and two duracell agm group 31's.
How much alternator power do you have?No this is for daily... I was going to run it at .5 ohms since the speakers are 3500 watts a pair and because of box/ohm rise. I will be running two runs of 1/0 gauge wire, one duracell agm group 34 and two duracell agm group 31's.
Other then that what you planned to do is perfectly fine.. Just dont push them all day at that power as you will get clipping if the alternator cant charge the batteries fast enough.
