im thinking about getting two SS RL-i 10's and pushing them with the 9.1. do you think thats to much power for them even if i kept the gain down? has anyone ever pushed them hard? or should i just get a single RL-p 12 and run it at 2 ohms and give it 900watts rms? this system is gonna be for everyday use and im going for sound quality in a 4runner.
the rl-p and rl-i are virtually identical in SQ. I think that if you keep the gains down you should be fine with the rl-i's. If you want to save a little space go for the RL-P 12.
