Soundbars? Anyone have a favorite?

Just got myself a Panasonic TC-P42S2 Looking for some sound for it. I had a Kenwood receiver and Infinity surround hooked up to my old TV, but theres now 2 issues.

1 (and the biggest) the TV only has a Digital Optical Audio output.

2. Want to downsize

Looked at Best Buy and loved the way the Boston Acoustics sounded, but its only an RCA input. I really dont want to buy an optical to RCA converter so Id prefer to hook it up direct.

Anyone have good info on these? Like to stay within $300 or so.
