Sound Went Pop

While i was listening to my system .. i heard a popping sound and then now my speakers dont sound the same. They started making a crackling/buzzing sound. I popped open my trunk and saw that the box had moved around and noticed that the fuse on the amp had been pushed in a little. Could that have caused the internal parts to become pushed in? Any help would be accepted

I believe the amp is ****ed .. the amp for my frontstage is the one im talking about. The protect light came on but then it went off. so im not sure wtf is wrong with my system. maybe ill have the installers at my best buy look at it.

Its not the amp. Both my frontstage and my substage is receiving this altenator /engine noise. Could it be bad RCA's on my headunit? or a bad remote wire?
