relax, it will be ok, i promise, they can take 1500 each in the proper box and gain setting...yeah ok dude do whatever you blow your shi* up i dont care either way
Use whatever meter showed you "around 142-143" and test them facing up and see which is louder...hey guys i just recently got two of the rl-ps series 15".. and i am doin around 142- 143 dbs with the subs facing me if up fire them will it be louder???
Maybe in a small sealed box with the gains turned down, so they're not seeing 1500watts. RL-P's only need around 750, so feeding them double that for daily will burn em up. Mine would get pretty stinky off a single 1500D if cranked for a few songs in a row, and gain was set properly...relax, it will be ok, i promise, they can take 1500 each in the proper box and gain setting...

Setting gains properly won't tell you if the power is clipped or not. Sending each 750 with a square wave increases the DC heating equivalence.Maybe in a small sealed box with the gains turned down, so they're not seeing 1500watts.
