how would a box sound at 32hz compared to a box at 40-45hz

40-45 would be too high of tuning for a daily driver. You tune that high to get more spl, but it probably wont sound that good, maybe kinda peaky. That and when you tune a port that high, and play a low note you have a much higher chance of bottoming out if you don't set your subsonic filter.

im tryin to get a box made for my 2 compvr's and it doesnt seem like anyone can get the tuning around 32-35 like i would want it but it doesnt seem possible with my space requirements so i was told

It's a dial similar to your gain, should say subsonic filter by it.
