sound quality

i have done spl for a while and am going to do sq now. how does this sound

memphis 1000d-2 IDMAX D4 12s sealed

memphis 3004(115x4@ 2 ohms)-2 pairs of image chamelion 6.5s 2 ohm version

does this sound like a pretty good starting point before i add eqs and what not

please let me know cause i know a good bit about audio but im far from as experienced as some of the guys on here are so any help is appreciated.

how are the image components? ive never heard the ones i plan to get but the features they have seem good. main thing i like is the 2 ohm coil though so i can get 115w per channel instead of 75. and i have the IDMAXs i just need to send them back for recone to D4.

Where are you planning on putting the components? I think it would be easier to get just one comp set and set them up properly, and throw some more power at them. Otherwise, you could run into some akward staging and imaging issues.
