sound quality RTA read-outs?

lol didnt mean it that way most people think "wtf is a sea gull?" lolol
haha yea i see what youre saying.. i just got an easy understanding of it becuz i remember when i was a toddler my brother would always set our in-home equalizer to a V shape and would brag to us and his friends how it sounds so good with it like that.. hahah dont flame him we were young.. but yea i applied the same concept and drew a dammn seagull on my EQ. hahaha is it really called the seagull or is that just how u decided to describe it? i actually tried googling "seagull" after u explained to see if i could get any examples. no lucc doing that. ahha

cant remember who exactly told me to make a sea gull was either kirk perry or ron burden . it just basically sets everything up smooth so your starting point is clean and not harsh.makes it easier to shape the lower mid and higher mid to sound snappy, warm or bright. which are the 3 basic sounds alot of sq guys are after. with warm probably being the fav. of most

is there a way to define whats snappy, warm, or bright.. im not sure what even sounds like what but i think mine sounds snappy right now and im going for that bright sound.
