Sound issue...frustrating

Hello all, I've had an issue for some time now and it's getting really frustrating because I can't figure out what the issue is. Set up is below. The issue I'm having is when I crank up my system, regardless of the source, after about a minute into the song it sounds like it goes from stereo to mono, it's not as crisp and loud, almost muffled. I thought my amp was going out so I purchased another one thinking maybe that was the problem. Well it wasn't. I'm a diy'er and have been for 10+ years. The only thing I can think of now is maybe the head unit. Any ideas at all? I've basically taken everything out and re-installed it.

Monitor voltage at the amps when this happens. Report what it is.

13.90 @ max volume

Doesn't change when the sound issue happens.
