Sound Deadening

I plan on deadening my front doors and my trunk. I was just curious, how much deadener should I buy? I'm going to get Damplifier which comes in 10, 20 , 40 and 80 sq ft. Just wondering which I should buy. Car is a '99 Buick Lesabre.
