ive searched but really didnt come up with anything specific.

i am redoing my system in the next couple weeks and i kind of want to step it up from all the rednecks around here that loosen car trim to make it rattle, and i hate rattles and im really wanting some better SQ

i have a single cab s10 and im wanting to sound deaden as much as i can for about 200 dollars or maybe a little more.

does anyone know how much of this i should get/need.

my goal is to get better SQ and hopefully make it sound louder.

And cut out some of the road noise thats in my truck (which is alot might i add)

anyone know how much it should take and what would be the best route to go with my truck.

also my new system will be 4 re 8's ported would it make any difference to sound deaden the inside of the box?

I would go with either second skin damplifier or raammat. Go to http://www.secondskinaudio.com or http://www.raamaudio.com

For a single cab you probably need somewhere in the range of 75 sq ft. You're gonna need to do the doors, the floor, the firewall, and if you really wanna go overboard, do the roof too. Raamaudio has a pretty good explanation on how to do it on their site. And no, don't put deadener inside your box.

another question is in my cab corners there is a open area in between the actually outside of the truck and what you see inside could i fill it with expanding foam? or how would you go about sound deadening that?

You are going to want to use a combination of both mat deadener and closed cell foam products, such as Ensolite. How much you need depends on how crazy you want to get with it and what your budget is.

As for the expanding foam question....I have no idea what you are talking about in your truck. But expanding foam can be used to fill large voids....but be very careful with it as if you overfill the area, you can warp the vehicle panels.
