Sound dampening install on doors

I think I will just do the whole doors and be done with it. The material isn't that much and sure hate to not do it now and then do it later and have to take the door panels off AGAIN! Should I do the inside of the door skin also, or just the outer door shell?

SDS has some good products, each product solves a specific need/needs in a vehicle. Only use what you have to have.

Personally I would do do both the inside and outside.
