I would never go to Acoustic Edge based on the simple fact that their ad in CA&E has no less than 5 typographical errors.
I would never trust a "school" that couldn't even handle something as simple as properly proof-reading their advertisement before sending it to publishing.....

really, the best way to get into the buisness is just get your feet wet. go to shop and tell them you'll start from the bottom and go from there. somebody will hire you. i can't say for all the other schools, but i know, from experience, that ACOUSTIC EDGE INSTITUTE in HOUSTON TEXAS is a giant scam. it was the biggest mistake i ever made concerning my education. they're fvcken thieves... legal thieves. let's put it this way. i'll tell you how bad i hate these fvck's. i went to jail over this crap. i beat tha fvck out of one of the owners. if i hear any of you talk good about that sorry asss school i'll track your ip address and slap the sh!t out of you.... in front of your mama and your girl. i aint playing

//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif:laugh://content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif your a funny man,,,, heres the deal (i went to acoustic edge in houston too, bob was my instructor) sure they do make you think differently but in all honesty i did learn a lot. i was noob in car audio but going to acoustic sure gave me a lot of knowledge and background letting me know how everything works. about them not letting you w/alarms.. half of my class didnt buy an alarm but we still had the opportunity to work on our classmates cars. and ever since that first time i've been able to install alarms. i guess i just made the most of it and what i learned i went on my own and worked on cars and gained experience. i havent worked on any shops because i make plenty on my own. and about you slapping the shit outta me,,,lmao, well i aint scared i live in el paso by horizon,, tx.. need directions to my house? cause i aint afraid of an e-thug. well you take "horizon" exit and then take a left on the lights and drive up all the way till you hit darrington lights... keep going strait then when you see a gas station, take a left and its the first house to your left... let me know if your commin so i'll wait for you..

btw acoustic is a good school... they make you buy your tools because you will need your tools anywhere u work at,, they teach you the basics and its up to you to become a good installer.............

also hopped it was Josh who you beat up cause i didnt like him... i dunno if he was there..

btw i didnt pay 16000,, i paid around 7500 with living expenses (i would eat in restaurants everyday and lived in some hotel) and tools and everythign else i bought. so i dunno why you got jacked like that.

I went to Acoustic Edge in Houston and thought it was awesome. Great teachers, great job placement, and one hell of a deal on the alarm I installed in my truck.
