soooo my box is just a tiny to bit to fit in my trunk..

well width wise its good and all since i ripped off the rubber lining on the trunk and did some cutting with a dremel and all.....but i still have to do dremling on the left side and it shoulddd slide in since its a sorta half moon shape. i just cut it out so it went straight down. only thing right now is that when i go to slide the box in its off by like 1-2 inches. and i cant left up the back anymore to slide it in more since it gets jammed between the trunk/bumper area and the bottom of my back window area.

so now im stuck with a box that currently dosent fit. hopefully if i finish the work on the left side of my trunk tomorrow it ill drop down enough on both sides to fit in. if not.........im gonna make it fit one way or another.

i did the same thing, it was an inch too big to fit in the trunk.

soooooo i sold it to my friend.

Same thing happend with the first box I built, but having such an old car I just slammed the trunk until it locked.

well if i could get the **** box just to slide in then it would fit without a problem. but while im sliding it in it gets jammed between the bottom of the rear window and the part right on the of the bumper goin into the trunk.

so its between taking 2inches off the length of the box or taking off the top piece. redoing another top piece sliding in the box and just gluing on the top piece in the trunk

You also forgot an "o" in "too".

Would it be possible to take out the rear seats and slide it in from there or is it too tall?

Try sliding it in through the back seat. If not, looks like you might be redoing it.
