sony subs?

First take a spelling class. Than the fact is that sony is not a normal sub like a rf or a alpine. But they do run my friend had one and it ran for about 3 moths before it finally went. The gain and all was set correctly and all but it still blew. My opinion is to take them back and order one or 2 rf punch stage 2's there great bang for the buck. I have installed a few of them and also had one myself.
Dude, seriously? You have twice as many errors as I highlighted, yet you still started your post with "Take a spelling class."

GTFO.

you get what you pay for, sony subs are cheap.

you can make some **** nice speakers with cheap drivers, but bass is about cleanly moving air and sony subs just dont do that well

sony did make at least one good set of subs.....right at the end of the ES Mobile line they came out what one that had a weird looking cast aluminum piece sticking out of where the dust cap usually is. I believe it was a heat sink of some sorts. Anyways, that was a very good SQ sub and hit rather hard.

Your knocking his subs when you own hifonics ones? It maybe what he wants.
my hifonics hit harder than my old t1s. the hifonics got 146.7 at the headrest w/ termlab and the t1s with the exact same amp and box, hit in the 141s. also i only paid $75 for both hifonics subs

i wish i had a video of them blowing. it was sweet. first the spider tore then it started smoking
