Sony HT Enclosure Revisited

I've decided I want to build a ported box for my sony HT sub.

I've got 2 yamaha towers with passively powered 12's in them.

How low do you think I can tune my new ported box for the powered 12 and still recieve full sub/mid stage?

I am a bit confused, do you have a seperate sub and tower setup? If so then you could tune it to around 25hz. What are the current specs for the sub? Are you using more for movies or music?

Each of my towers has a sub in it. Powered only off the reciever.

I also have a powered sony 12"

It's mostly for movies and I don't have the t/s for the sony so I know that is a problem. I think you already answered my question though unless something has changed. I was thinking high 20's and at the highest 30.
