ok, so at first, I was mad about their warranty policy about no exchanges on defective cd players, so I had to send back my kenwood KDC-X790 to get repaired, so I basically payed for a new one. But I was a little ok with that. This is where I get a little pissed. ok, So they recieve my cd player, had it repaired, and sent it back. Only problem is that they ONLY sent me the unit.......no wiring harness, remote, or manuals, or metal casing which I HAD sent back with it, cause they said it was necessary. And at first, they wanted me to pay for the shipping of the missig articles to get back to me. This is where I *****ed them out and talked to the manager, and he finally decided to pay for the shipping. This company has horrible customer service. Just wanted to share my experience......
