If you ship anything without insurance you're freaking soft in the head. Insure, if buyer claims damage, let the post office decide if it's legit and it's mail fraud if not. I hear postal inspectors are not too friendly.

Let the post office decide. Really just send him a copy of the insurance ticket and reciept and HE can file the claim.

I sent it at a local drugstore that ships UPS. For an extra $5 you get $100 insurance, I have the shipping receipt but they never gave me a insurance receipt.

UPS is normally not that bad to work with. Just depends on how Crawford reps are feeling the day they review your claim lol.

I just got a pm from him saying he sent the basket back to me? I'm not exactly sure.

This isn't making sense, I guess he's sending a basket and cone back? Meanwhile, I sent a ssi motor and 4 spoke basket. The cone has been gone for a long time, I asked for pics and didn't get any.

Everything I sell has a very tiny distinct mark in it only I would notice so well see if I get anything back...

Ok so lets clear this up cause the last thing im gona have is someone giving me a bad rep. I sent you a shipping address to my girlfriends house cause i thought you were going to ship by a certain day, and it wasnt, it was shipped the next (which is fine cause i had no rush to get it urgently). Just to add background story to this me and my girlfriend live in completely different cities (cant help who you fall for or where they live). i got a tracking number on the 5th along with a pic of the reciept. on the 11th you checked back asking if i had recieved which my girlfriend comfirmed for me. i told you i would check in a couple weeks when i was back in town to see the motor and basket which i did yesterday and i saw the postiive terminal broken and the basket has a crack on it like it was just glued back together. you have to look carefully to notice. (i will post pics this evening as right now im heading to the beach with my girlfriend , really wish i wasnt wasting my time with this seeing as how i only see her 4-6 days out of the month)
