Something fishy is going on with Inter007, Opinions?

A deal went on between me and @Inter007 ; . I sold him a Treo SSI motor and 10" 4 spoke treo basket. That was over a month ago since he told me he was out of town for a few weeks. I got a text from him yesterday saying it arrived damaged and that the basket was cracked. Not possible with how I packed it BTW. I have pics of everything Inlcuding the packing process along with every text and PM sent.

I went back in his post history and on 3/13/13 he made a post on the classified add here http://www.caraudio.com/forums/subwoofer-classifieds/568290-2-ssi-treo-10-subs.html#post8347280 and in Post #8 he said he same exact thing. Not so sure what to do here.

He wont answer my texts asking for pics now either... I also forgot to mention I got a pm from him this morning saying ,"

Not sure what that means as I was selling a motor and basket?

You will just have to wait until he provides pictures of the damage. Not much can be done until then. Perhaps he got you mixed up with another deal is was doing?

Not sure man, hoping that's the case. I'm not worried about the $50 but Ill be damned if I'm getting scammed out of it

Sounds like someone who already had a broken Treo SSI that's trying to scam you or UPS.. Just my 2 cents though

I can vouch for him being out of town, I bought my DD M1A amp off of him, and it was a few weeks before he could get it shipped out. That was fine with me, I understood. I think he did have several deals going on at once, and possibly just got confused. Just wanted to add my transaction with him.
