Something fishy is going on with Inter007, Opinions?

Honest opinion... that is NOT a good packing job. The damage most likely happened in the distribution center where packages fall onto different conveyor belts to go to different places, sometimes the drop is more than a few feet. Also insurance won't do anything if you didn't leave at least 2 inches of packing material between the box and the item being shipped, they will reject your claim and say the item broke due to improper packing, contact the person whom you bought it from.
I am employed by one of the more reputable shipping companies a lot of us use. I can assure you there are no conveyor belts or any system in these shipping hubs where packages are dropped. However, the human interaction with the packages is likely where any possible damage will/could occur.
Policy from my company is ZERO tolerance for thrown or dropped packages, will result in termination.
