Somebody explain EQ LOW/MID/HIGH

can someone explain the settings EQ LOW/MID/HIGH

like what each one is good for? I got a toyota ECHO with a Pioneer P7200 head unit and two 6x9 premiers in the back and I'm gonna wire a JBL 600.1 and two 12.1 perfects.

low mid and high are tones. low tones are bass. mis is obveously middle of bass and "tweeter" or hight and high is tweeter or high poitched frequencies.
