One of my right front PG RSD tweeters blew last night.. so I figure why not upgrade?

Looking at picking up the Focal Poly-Kevla 165K's.

I have a JL 300/4 - looking to bridge this to run the Focals.

question is,

I have two Male RCA's coming from my HU (Custom made harness), one for rear left; other for rear right, how do I make this rca into + and - speaker wire (LOC???)so that my rear door speakers will be running off the HU power

RCA's do not have the required voltage to power speakers.
