Some Qeustions about Building In-car Cinema?

Some friend on this forum has recommended a type of DVD player (http://www.tinydeal.com/rdp7439-p-6810.html) in another thread. I somewhat want to use it to compose a in-car cinema, but don't know much about what the stuff is really like. Besides, I need suggestions about where to start equipment the sound system. Last, What do you guys spend on such a plan?
