Technically speaking, there is no right to vote in a federal election under our Constitution. There are suffrage and race provision criteria that cannot be used to deny a vote to certain people if and when the government decides that a vote is going to be held. The only people who have a right to vote for president under our Constitution are the electors from each state. Right to vote? It simply isn't there.
