some expensive amps here

you pay 4 good stuff
I never said it was "bad" or that they weren't good....just expensive, even at cost, when you asked why everyone was so amazed at their price.

You're beginning to talk to circles //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

It's true that to get to a certain point in quality, you need to pay more, but once you've exceeded a certain point, you're being fleeced //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I haven't seen this so much in car audio, but the WAVAC 833 mono amplifiers are certainly a good example of it. $350,000 does not make it the best amp out there //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Your supposed to say theyre ugly, so the focker a few posts above cant say I have em due to cosmetics. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
I will edit my post after we talk in private Mr. good prices man.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/up2something.gif.dd110ecf3ae4b76050d87598f2f8de7c.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/greedy.gif.5a53e6246569d7ab79867170f3b06629.gif

People buy Brax/Helix/Tru Copper/Sinfoni because despite what Richard Clark may say, it's an audible fact that these amps have a much lower noise floor. You can be ****ed sure that there's going to be absolutely NO turn-on clicks/pop and the build quality is TOP NOTCH, ELITE, etc.

Jim said it best. The majority of the members on this forum fit into a much younger demographic and:

a) don't have the money to spend on exotic equipment

or

b) don't care to have the ultimate in sound quality.

If I had a few grand to spend, there's no doubt I'd spend it on an SQ setup as opposed to the MT's, Solo-X's, IA20.1s, and other SPL-class-D-affordable-LOTS-o-BASS products.

Woah there.... WOAH... you leave my precious 20.1 outta this... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

It's not what RC has said....but what he has proven //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif RC doesn't have to say a whole lot (though he does, because he's big headed)....the results of his amp challenge pretty much speak for themselves. You're more than welcome to grab a Brax, put it against any other amp you wish and prove his hypthosis wrong......but the hundreds to thousands before you haven't done it, so I don't know why you would think that you can //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif I don't believe "noise floor" is one of the isolated variables in the comparison....so it should be an easy win for you //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
