Some advice needed from over the pond

Basically I have a kombi van, which I have an infinity 7521a 2 channel amp and a 10" Pyle eternal sub, seal box, running about 250ish watt rms, which works reasonably ok in the back but I want more, so I don't know whether to go for a better amp 500-600 watt rms with one similar wattage sub or get a 2 channel amp that delivers 300w rms per channel and have two subs
