would a 10" flared port be enough for a pair of solo x's? trying to build a box for a guy and with his space 2 8'' flared ports is out.

probly going to do a 10'' port with a double flange so i can mount a baffle over the ten and port it with a 8'' for daily listening

I have no ideas about round ports, but here's something to compare on my Solo X 12s. 24"l x4"w x 18"d each. Separate boxes (not ideal I know) 6cu each after displacement.

6 cubes with 1 12? Thats huuuuuge, why so big?

A single six inch aero per sub is fine. I'd imagine a single eight for the pair would suffice...just kinda depends on what size box you'll be using and the needed port length for a given tuning.
