I have only had the old school round ones, but the friggin' pound. Small boxes & slammin bass- a great combo. In fact I have 2 8" solos waiting for a home in my car once I get an amp manly enough to run them.

I had the 18 x sub but downgraded to 3 l7's. because i had people constantly tryin to break into my truck. the L7's are great though

I'm thinking of junking my future R type plans for a couple of 15" L5's sealed with 1.6 cu.

Electronic Gaint has them and the cabinet cheap.

i had the 2005 model solobaric L5 15" in a vented enclosure (didnt know the specs, it was ebay box). it got real loud with just 500rms watts off a hifonic amp.

im now rocking 2 12" solobaric L7's (gumetal versions/2002-2003) in a sealed with the same amp, sounds just as great. sacraficed loud for SQ.
