2-16kv.2 or 1-15" Kicker L7

Which would produce more SPL?

2 Elemental Design 16kv.2 subs in a 5ft^3 ported to 30Hz (800RMS @ 2ohms)

or

1 Kicker 15" L7 sub in a 5.0ft^3 box tuned to 30Hz? (1000RMS @ 1ohm)

He has a Directed Audio 1100d amplifier that he would like to use.

Friend still cant decide, BTW all is going into a Ford Ranger Extended Cab

I told him the ED subs would be a lot better for SQ, but havent heard to much about there SPL factor.

What numbers are some people running with about the same setups?

BTW anyone know what frequency range the ED 16kv.2 subs go down to? I know the L7 15" goes to 18Hz.
