solid audio???

did anyone ever hear of them....i know they are a division of cutting edge audio..but they are out of business..and websites are not carrying them anymore..the reason i ask is i bought two of thier formula series amps for a unbeatable price...1 f2000 that is 1000w rms at 2ohms 12v and a f23 that is 125w rms at 4ohms..12v....i heard cutting edge audio was good so i figured these were.

build quality on solid audio amps looks good and I know they put out rated power.

this maybe just hearsay, but i heard that one of the big guys from us amps work and designs for them now, not positive but heard it from a dealer
