If you could find a Dodge Neon SRT for that, then that would do the trick. I just doubt you could find one for 14000. Seem to hold there resale value better than other neons.

yea i heard 2 10" type r's in a golf and it kept the bass in so tight u couldnt even tell he had it on wit the windows up and doors closed, and that shit was loud as hell to, i dont even think he had it sound deadened, i believe it was all factory sealed

well golf is an option im considering, as well as 03 SI i love these cars, but i was thinking a 00 gsr or maybe a rsx, i think type s is expensive tho

02 or 03 Maxima SE 6 speed. I am buying that (a '02) for 14K. They're pretty fast and really fun to drive, not sure if its your style but you could probably get one around that price or cheaper.
