i sold my Orion 600.4 a few hours ago to some guy who looked identical to rick ross. he calls me back an hour ago sayin "aye mutha ****a you ripped me off ima kill you" im like bro what are you talking about? i honestly couldn't understand what he was sayin, he was screamin in the phone. hes like "when i accelerate, this loud annoying sound comes out of my speakers, you sold me an amp with bad grounds" i asked him how many RCA's he was runnin and he said 3, all on one side. i said you dumb *** theres your problem. i tried explaining to him that he WILL need to get a few rca filters. i tried calming him down and telling him that not only is he a dumbass for not knowing why the sound is coming, but that the amp i sold him was STILL UNDER WARRANTY!! people like that piss me off, simply because they're noobs. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/*******.gif.a649d21efc0d1fd4890a6428166586c1.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/pissed.gif.9f665f96bc89e98e708dabd4580bb591.gif

Its extremely unlikely he's getting noise induced through his RCA's. Definitely wouldn't show up as only being audible under acceleration. I agree he sounds stupid/wrong, but your over-the-phone diagnosis was most likely wrong as well.

Wait, I missed this the first time around. Is the current hypothesis that noise is induced into signal cables if you run multiple signal cables together? You dont even need a high capacity current flow (and thus, a magnetic field) to get the noise? Just other signal cables? lol

The theories people come up with these days, I swear. But really, we can thank marketing gimmicks and corporations in search of the almighty dollar for spreading this sort of nonsense.

No I think he meant he had his rca's running the wrong direction, the electrons were fighting extra hard to go up hill instead of down hill. Man I hate it when that crap happens. Oh, well that shit is definitely for real. Ive also heard that if you tie your signal cables in too tight of a knot, the electrons cant make the corner, hit the wall, and you get major blockage.
