Job offer and Move to Canada? What do you think?

I have a very good job offer which would require moving from Sunny Cali to Toronto Canada.

Moving expenses paid for (including the cars!) and free rent for a year until I find a house.

More money for what would be less work than I doing now. Job is with a Fortune 500 company and offer states minimum of 5 years employemnt.

Wife is on the fence in terms of taking the offer.

What do you all think.

I'm in Toronto and I love it. What company is it for? Ive worked for many places and might have some more info for you on the company
