no so true. Iv seen plenty "high excursion" subs fail in other ways, well before the surround did.

Whatever you want to believe is fine by me, but I can tell you that this was not entirely my fault. I guess if you think that playing the sub like a sub should be played (not like an asshat with 3k on it), then yes I guess it was my fault. And again, I'm not bashing IA at all, but it was just a bad surround. Period. It's not their fault, it's not my fault for it being bad, it was just bad.

And to whoever asked where my ss filter was set at, it's at about 25-28hz.

And I've never used any type of cleaning products on my sub because I've always been afraid that it would rub off the logo..
