same amp, just one is a refurb.... go with the cheaper one if u can get it w/ warranty.

I replied in the other thread too -

the 2200hc does 1100w at 1 ohm and about

The 2000D will give you 1600w @ 1 ohm and >80% eff.

The 2000D gives you 45% more power for 9% more current.

If you were to gain control the 2000d to give you the same power as the 2200hc (1100w) you'd get the same power out of the 2000d for 25% less current.
