So i went to check out my new comps with my 4 chan memphis amp. The only RCA's i have hooked up right now are the ones for my sub. So i hooked everything up but only one speaker was producing sound. After playing around i figured out only one terminal was putting out power, but if i flip my RCA's then the other terminal puts out power. So only one terminal puts out power, but if i flip the RCA's the opposite terminal puts out power. My RCA's shot? or what

youll probably need a bunch of y adapters if your radio only has one set of rcas

lol no its an alpine cda105, it has 3 sets. I just havnt ran any yet(there in the closet) so i used the set off my subwoofer. Point is both terminals wont play, whats going on? Ch.1 and ch.2 should work off one set of RCAs

thats what my builder said too, so heres a question. I have a new set of xscorpion 4ch's for my highs in the closet. Should i just get 3 new sets of RCA's for both amps or should i just replace my subs RCA and run the xscorpions for my highs. Basically are the xscorpion rcas going to sound ok or should i not even install them

just replace the rca for the subs ,see how it sounds before you place the others first,ie... interference or whatever

put in the new 4ch rcas, when i hooked up the pr4400 both speakers played good(only had chan1 and 2 hooked up) then i tryed hooking the new rcas up to my sub(1 set when to woofer on hu other to fronts) And the issues is deff the PR1000.1, when i smack the top of it speaker stops moving, smack it again or twice and it starts goin again. I do believe my amp is cursed, steve checked it twice and tested for 3days! And the probelm starts as soon as i trade my backup amp off. Someone shoot me lol
