I doubt it could handle 2500 daily ...

it wont handle an actual 2500 watts, but it'll take a 2500d just fine...theres a bunch of people running this combo..

Not sure if its worth it to trade out the 1800 for the 2500. Cant explain the technical side of it, but you wont hear much difference.

BTW, someone w/ 1700+ posts should know that you can use an amplifier that is capable of producing more power than the sub can handle ...
