Yep. I worked as a lifeguard for knott's soak city. They always ****ed up our breaks and whatnot. Apparently thats against the law here in cali as I just got a form in the mail saying I am eligable to participate in a class action settlement against them and the corporate owners.

Im gonna get 56 bucks outa the deal. hahaha

Its funny cause Im going to work for them again coming this may. Hopefully they get their *** sued a second time cause I wouldnt mind getting more free money.

My claim and release form states that Im gonna get an estimated $58.65(I dont know why I thought it said 56). It says in actuallity it may be higher or lower. I hope it goes higher or atleast stays at this amount.

The 9million is being distributed across some 55,000 employees.

I have no idea. Our shift leaders were also lifeguards but with more responsibilites (lifeguard training, emergency aid, paperwork, etc.) Would be interesting if something happened to them since it was they who controlled our breaks and lunches. There were about 6-7 of them.

Yep, got $356 from Wal-Mart and another $150+- from another place I do not recall. Nothing like free money nagger

Nahh, we had about a 100 or so. This lawsuit is for all the knott' berry farm water/theme park hourly employees and whatever other places they own.

Its pretty funny having 4 good looking girls in their bikinis come up in line and me asking how much they weigh.

My best friend is involved in a class action law suit against a large coal mining company. There are so many people involved they had to rent buses to transport everyone to the community center for the mediation.
