So..My day was a little wierd (found a puppy)...

So i live in an apartment...We have the washing machines downstairs. As i open my door i see this black thing there and it startled me...It was the puppy. She followed me everywhere was very scared (not anymore)...and after sitting at my front door for 3 hours without moving...i said f*ck it im going to let her in. She has a red collar but no tag,is very well behaved,and listens like nothing...Unfortunately i dont think i will be able to keep her //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif. I will take her to a shelter tomm and put up flyers to see who owns her.

In the meantime my girl gave me food and a leash (fed her and took her for a walk)...and the pup is kickin' it at my crib tonight

Lol na man. My mind frame from the get go was "she stays here tonight and is out in the morning"...As much as i would want to...I couldnt keep her. But i wasnt gonna leave her outside hungry/thirsty either,i aint that kind of dude.

Any responsible pet owner would have put a tag on their dog/cat by then. Maybe she was abused and that's why she was scared? Do realize that the shelter may put her down if she doesn't get adopted.

^^^ Look at that poor thing all sad, she just found someone(you) who can give her food n water and now you're gonna kick her out again to some strangers?

Some places will do shots for free. If she is safe and happy with you, and you can feed her and give her water twice a day and a morning and evening walk or so, you should be good to go. I love dogs, I would not be able to give one to a pound or shelter. If you do, make sure you find out if it is a kill shelter or not. If there is no way you can keep her, put a listing up on Pet adoption: Want a dog or cat? Adopt a pet on Petfinder. Think of it as autotrader.com for pets.

Yea you should try to take it to an animal rescue league and tell them you found it and would like to keep it they usually will do it for free. Thats what my girlfriend did when she found a baby cat i never had animals growing up but that little cat grew on me now i can say i treat it like its one of my kids or something lol
