Honestly, if she's had this on there since you owned the computer and hasn't said anything since then. Odds are she's just looking out for you, if she didn't want you looking at whatever you have been she would've said something. I know this isn't what you want to hear but she's just being a good parent. Take it for what its worth, just my two cents.

IMO, the "good parent" defense is BS ... Every citizen, no matter their age, deserves their right to privacy ...
Good parents teach their children what's right and wrong, how to act, etc.

Spying on your kids is a sign that you haven't done a good job and, at 16, it's already too late ...

i argued with my multimedia teach about to. she has a keylogger on her kids computer and a fire wall to block any sort of blog or forum. i told her u have no trust at all
