umm i dont see it taking that much power like the btl did...

the btl took it thermally FINE as in NOT a burnt spot on the coil

see.... i really dont see the XXX taking that much power and coming out thermally unscaved, but if we had the XXX here to test i could tell u better...

i think the point he was trying to make is that if you play something near the tuning frequency (less excursion) the sub could handle 10kW for 30 seconds (bass race), because it obviously handled it thermally, but failed mechanically due to the high excursion (30 Hz tone).
