They can't test you for drugs during school.... You shouldve just said no and walked away. If it was a month and a half ago that you smoked then you should be fine. In my school we have police that just walk around all day..... (police, not security) and they can only test you if you have possesion or if they have reason to believe you were on something. You should have told them to **** your balls

When he signed up to play football he gave consent to be tested. He was probably too stoned to realize this.

Hahahaha... Grounded?? I see you are deep in the bible belt here in Indiana, Ive heard there is a lot of church goin in that neck of the woods. Must **** to grow up in such a conservative place.

HAHAHA, speaking of churches n stuff. Im about 500ft from the street with a ton of churches on it. Some peopel were saying its a michigan record or something, lol. Weve got like 30 churches on it i think. And its only about 10miles long.

I already got the phone number to his school and I know his name is Kyle and he is 17 and weighs 330 pounds so how the **** hard would it be to identify him?

Basically I said a student by the name of Kyle who is 17 and identified himself as weighing approximately 330 pounds is scheduled for a drug test and has admitted to using drugs 1.5 months prior. As a concerned parent I would like this issue addressed as I do not what my child around these bad influences.

no, they don't kick me out of school, but they do notify the cops, your parents and I believe you can be put on probation depending on the drug.

you cant be put on probation just because you have smoked. i dont care if you smoked that day. as long as you dont have anything on you, your locker, your car, etc.... all they can really do is tell your parents.

by law the school is not allowed to test especially without reason to. it may be different where you live.
