I think I figured out a way to prove she did not have a green light. She stated to the officer that she could see the light turn green from about an 1/8th of a mile away. I drove by the same spot tonight and it took roughly 10 seconds to get from the spot where she "saw it turn green" to where I was hit. Now, she also stated to the officer that she switched into the right lane (left side on my diagram) in order to pass the cars in the left lane. However, if the light on her side was green for those ten seconds and I did not have a green arrow, surely the other cars would have started moving. If that was the case, one of them from the left lane would have hit me before her car in the right lane. Does this theory make sense? See the following diagram:
