She stayed in her car and immediately called someone on her cell phone, like literally two seconds after she hit me. Doubt it was 911 though since I called them. I strongly suspect she was on her cell phone at the time of collision and wasn't paying attention. If I get a lawyer, we will try to subpoena her cell phone records. One thing that really gets me is that SHE HIT ME and never bothered to ask if I was ok, didn't even talk to me until the police made her give me her info.

No but it did in 2003. My parents housed about 2 families whose houses burned down though.

On a side note my Mom just about had her 07 Impala smashed up the same way just after she left the dealer with her brand new car about 2mths ago....... some assclown launched off the red while she was turning left on an advanced green.......
