I love vista, but just install XP..

That is decent. Walmart has a 17 inch Toshiba with a small hdd(like 160gb but 3 gb RAM) for 398 plus tax.

Our local walmart has a nice selection of acers for pretty cheap.

$480 for a laptop with 4gb ram and a core 2 duo.

Can a lot of these comps be downgraded to XP? I've "heard" that some of them aren't downgradable.....i.e. some drivers/etc won't work?
