So I am looking into getting the New XXX series 12" or 15"??

Some of you might know that I had a 15"xxx in the 89 civic.

Since then I have sold it for 375..since it was in mint condition and came with a box and warranty..

anyways, I am looking into getting the new 15" or 12" xxx..

What kind of power do you have? If you dont have at least 2.5kw+ then no.

I was pushing around 1800 watts with the XXX it was taking it without any problems. I didn't have any problems with my electrial system. I also have a stock battery. So I think I can do easy 2000 watts. I really like the 15". I wouldnt underpower the one, and make sure it's a good amp as well.. maybe 2 12.1's on a 12... The 15 is gonna be huge , i think the 12 weighs around 75 pounds

If it were me i'd get rid of that a3000db and buy a real amp. The xxx is a mean mother, don't buy it if you don't have the power to run it. The 3000db puts out no where near what they rate it at. Lets get real. A true 2000 watt amp costs atleast 1200.00 retail. Not 400.00

ive seen the new 12 xxx,it looks awesome,about a foot and a half tall,huge mag,says it will hold 3000 watts,mean looking sub

I have not seen the new XXX yets. Anyone have pictures?? Yes I wan't to give it at least 2200 watts. Yes, it is. But they had told me it would be out around Christmas time. It didnt come out until March, over 2 months later. I love RE, great products, but when it comes to when their products are coming out, I would say add a couple months to their time
